The advantages brought about by this have created purposeful co-operative relations, the oldest of which have lasted for more than twenty years. Lahdenperä constantly develops its products to meet the changing requirements of customers and end-users. Lappset Group Our co-operation with the Lappset Group, which operates internationally, goes back as far as 1975. We supply glued wood components for playground equipment. We have the equipment and know-how that Lappset needs for gluing, pressing, and bending wood. The objective of our co-operation has been to develop the products of both companies and to improve quality. Pohjolan Design-talo Oy Pohjolan Design-talo Oy wanted to enhance its range of detached houses by using turned profiled wooden columns. The solution came in the form of Lahdenperä profiled wooden columns. The close location between the two companies eliminated transport costs and facilitated the development of the range. Our co-operation started in 1999. Lappiporras Oy We supply stair manufacturing components to Lappiporras Oy. The impetus for our co-operation came from Lappiporras who wished to develop its products. As a result, we jointly developed a component with which Lappiporras is better able to meet the needs of its customers.
